Application

The Snap Tester (buttons of pull test machines), often called a Push Pull Tester for compression and tensile testing of small samples, is used to detect the holding or breaking force of snap fasteners onto clothes or toys attached to the ring.

This snap button pull test machine is composed of an upper snap pin, a lower fabric pull-up and force gauge, a hand wheel at the bottom of the snap tester, all these fixtures pull out testing equipment which makes the pull-out equipment very easy to use, with fine control and convenient operation.

The upper snap click is attached to the snap part and the clothing is fixed to the lower cloth. The operator can apply a particular force by turning the hand wheel and can record the holding force or break power. In addition to these, you will discover further applications for this push pull test equipment for your testing purpose, the ability of the snap tester can be enhanced by clamping & accessories to test other Snaps, Jean Buttons, Four Hole Buttons & Garment accessories including Zippers, Bows, Applique, Toggling, Hooks / Bar and D-Ringe.
