1 ~ 0.5mPa Pressure Lab Pad Steam Range with Automatically Controlled Cooling Water Seal Bath

Application

This is a combination of a mangle and a steamer. It is used to carry out all padding and steaming activities with saturated steam. It offers a short 4 seconds between padder and steaming chamber to provide the minimum of disruption. It performs with stability and consistency when used on Sulphur dyed or vat dyed materials.

Pad Steam Range consists of a padding mangle with two padding rollers. It has a steaming chamber with a 6-meter fabric holding capacity and a temperature range of 98 degrees to 100 degrees Celsius for a dwell time of 20 to 120 seconds.
